Let's face it . Fully vaccinated will be mandatory. If you have your Certificate handy , it will make the whole entry process faster! 

Put a smile on your face , but also Keep on wearing a face mask. 

To avoid congestion, a large entrance and exit spaces being prepared  to avoid bottle neck and closed contact

You are not feeling well on that particular day : do not attend the event. 

Observ all hygiene process while on site 

1- wash your hands frequently 

2- covering your nose with you elbow while sneezing 

3- use hands sanitiser when ever you are /can. 

In order to monitor the event and Covid related regulation, there will be a QR code accessible on site and visible in all attendance areas, from the entrance of the venue, within the venue ( first aid stall) but also on Event Crew's T-shirt . You will be asked to scan it before entering the venue. You also will be asked on site to show a compliance certificate .
